Overview:
The inaugural Wild and Windy Cooktown event is timed to coincide with the annual Discovery Festival and to offer both locals and visitors to the region the opportunity to celebrate life in this windy, frontier town.

The Festival has something for everyone, with a range of free events and activities as well as some unique opportunities for seeing the town, river and surrounding coastline from a new angle.
